Preschool has been busy learning to write letters and the mail process. Our writing center has transformed into a Post Office. 

First Graders love dice games! Today we practiced our reading fluency with a fun Roll and Read game! 🎲 


Tomorrow kicks off National School Counseling Week. If you see our school counselor, Mr. Lucas, please wish him the best. We appreciate all he does for FES! 

Taylor County  Schools will have an NTID day today. Students and staff are to work from home. This includes board office personnel.
Taylor County Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay, tomorrow, February 4, 2022.

Physical activity is so important for kids’ bodies and minds. We begin each morning with physical activity and multiple brain breaks throughout the day!

First Grade has been studying graphs over the last several weeks. Today we predicted if Phil will see his shadow and graphed the data. The majority of students predicted we will have 6 more weeks of winter. ❄️🌷
