
Bus 73 is not running tonight. Students will be picked up by Bus 99 at approximately 3:30 and will be home by 4:00.

Mrs. Ross came and read to our kids for Christmas .

Prek had a special reader today. Mr. Jonathon Dolan read the book The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, by Barbara Robinson. The children really enjoyed his visit 📕 ❤️



Today, 4th graders determined if we could make glue from milk.

Preschool had the pleasure of hosting their parent breakfast today. This is a tradition for Flemington Elementary School that brings so much joy for the children and their families 🐧 ❄️ ⛄️




4th grade learned the importance of picking healthier food options today during our trip to the Mobile Agriculture Education Science Lab!! They tested various types of food to compare the amount of oils and fats in each!





The Mobile Agriculture science lab was here today. Third grade learned all about the nutritional value of snacks. We learned to make good snack choices.





Kindergarten was so excited to visit the trailer today to learn about pigs.




Preschool enjoyed learning about pigs at the mobile science lab. 🐷




Congratulations to Mrs. Welch’s kindergarten class on being the top sellers for the Candy Apple Fundraiser! They won the pizza party with 200+ apples sold 🍎 🍕 Way to go!!





Today our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders travelled to Morgantown to watch Girls WVU Basketball Game!! Our Lady Mountaineers went home with a win! And some of our kiddos made the Jumbotron!!





Preschool doesn’t need a sunny day for gross motor 🏀 🚲

Fourth graders were able to enjoy breakfast and games with their families on Wednesday. This breakfast is a favorite tradition for our students and families.

Just a reminder that our after school program will not be meeting Wednesday or Thursday this week due to Parent Teacher Conference! We will resume our regular schedule on Monday!!


There will be a Coat Drive starting today through November 11th hosted by Communities in Schools. All Taylor County Schools and the BOE will be collection sites. Please help families in need by donating NEW winter supplies- coats, boots, gloves, hats, and scarves. The homeroom with the most points will win a pizza party.


Taylor County Schools will be participating in a Winter Coat Drive! If you’re inclined to donate please send in items!
